A Bouquet of Baubles!

Amanda sent in these wonderful pictures from her recent wedding and they filled us with joy!
Have you ever seen a more adorable bride? We were delighted to help Amanda pick her bridal outfit which included one of our vintage style tea length dresses with lace cropped top and short satin edged veil. We completed the look with a bespoke blue sash, vintage earrings and comb.
What did you think of Amanda's bouquet? We loved it, brought a huge smile to our faces!

Holly Parton.... Hah!!!

You know us, we're fan's of all things kitch, quirky, retro and even a little macabre...which is why we're in love with pretty much all of Andrea Kett's illustrated cards.
We've selected some fabulous wedding, ghoulish and dare I say the word in September ... Christmas cards, that we'll be stocking in Dirty Fabulous..
Each card is hand decorated with glitter (everything is better with glitter!) and beautifully drawn.
Some are saucy, some are cute and other are down right hilarious.

Holly Golightly!

Just look at these two Holly's, aren't they stunners. The second is of course Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's but the top image is one of our very own brides, also called Holly! Doesn't she look amazing!

The bespoke crystal headpiece we made looked picture perfect in Holly's glamorous up-do.

We were ecstatic to have helped Holly choose her dress for her big day and this one was quite special by all accounts. Holly's dress was originally worn to to President John F. Kennedy's inauguration ball in 1961 by an American socialite. Kind of blows your mind how much historical importance can be contained in one dress!
Holly can forever cherish her vintage gown as it's now a little piece of history from her own wedding day too.

A beautiful Bespoke Headpiece By Caroline!

Below are some shots of Louise on  her wedding day, wearing one of Caroline's bespoke combs and birdcage veil. Doesn't she look beautiful? We keep saying it, but we love, love, love to see pictures from our Dirty Fabulous bride's Big Days! 

Caroline is busy-busy making up lots of sparkly, feathery and oh-so-glamorous combs, veils and headpieces. If there's something in particular your heart desires, she'll rustle that up too!

Just Gorgeous!

A few weeks ago some of our Dirty Fabulous dresses made their way out to the beautiful Anglers Rest for a spot of bridal dress up! The laid back charm on offer out in the Strawberry Beds suited our vintage pieces perfectly. Donna from Gorgeous Hair Salon organized the shoot and had the ladies looking glamorous with retro inspired hair. The lovely Aishling was on hand to add the finishing touches with soft romantic make up. David Gilroy of Firepan Photography was behind the lense on the day and captured the sublime elegance just perfectly. Below are just a selection of shots from the day.
