Charlotte and Peters Engagement shoot by The Picture Rooms

Charlotte and Peter are great friends of Dirty Fabulous and we were absolutely thrilled that she wore a Dirty Fabulous dress for such an important occasion. Charlotte chose a blush pink, 1950's prom dress with a drop waist that showed off her figure perfectly! We added a bespoke headpiece and 1950's vintage hat that she interchanged during the shoot.
Martin from the brilliant Picture Rooms in Temple Bar was the photographer on the day. He was able to capture the day beautifully and I know Charlotte and Peter treasure these gorgeous pre-wedding photos.

Charlotte:
What a fun afternoon! Peter and I thoroughly enjoyed our engagement photo shoot with Martin O'Leary of the Picture Rooms. Peter was a little nervous as he had never been behind the lens before but Martin was excellent at putting him at ease and making us both feel really relaxed. He gave us very clear direction in order to get the best shots but wasn't at all intrusive and let us be ourselves. He was a real professional. We suggested that Martin should pick a location and he choose the beautiful Merrion Park, giving us the perfect balance of urban and greenery. Martin had already researched the park and had ear marked some nice spots for the shots.
We absolutely loved the outcome of the shoot and were blown away by the photos. The composition of the photos were stunning. We particularly liked that not all the images focused solely on us but included the magnificence and maturity of the park. He captured some alternative angles of our feet and clothing details which gave the whole shoot an edgy and contemporary feel. Martin set up really interesting and unique portraiture shoots and made Peter and I look far better than we do in real life (A great skill in itself!) Martin applied a subtle filter to the photos which created a gorgeous mood and atmosphere. We were absolutely delighted with the photos. I would highly recommend Martin to anyone looking for visually stunning, artistic and unique photos!

Total Fabulousness!!!

OMG!!!! I am obsessed with how stunning Zara looked on her wedding day. Zara wore a modern dress with a 1930's feel and came to Dirty Fabulous to look for her headpiece and accessories. We helped her choose this sheer full length veil, crystal headpiece and earrings and were blown away by the results. I desperately want to get married again so I can wear a veil and statement headpiece like Zara!!!

Pretty Little Birdcage!

How adorable did Caroline look on her wedding day wearing a bespoke Dirty Fabulous, birdcage veil in ivory. Pretty cute right? It went perfectly with her tea length wedding dress and bespoke headpiece by Aisling Nelson.

A Match Made in Heaven!

Oh my....swoon!!! When milliner Carol Kennelly approached us to see whether we'd be interested in pairing our vintage dresses with her headpieces at the opening of Kerry Fashion Week we jumped at the chance. The result was beyond belief! Our pastel, frothy prom dresses from the 1950's teamed with Carols amazing creations...OMG.
It reminds me of a catwalk show from an old Hollywood movie...It's just so dreamy!
