Vintage Wedding Inspiration

If you've decided that a vintage wedding dress is for you, you may want to look to the glamour of old Hollywood for inspiration.
Above is just a selection of the gowns adorned by starlets from the 1920s to the 1960s. Each one is so different from the next and this is one aspect that makes a vintage wedding dress so special.
When choosing a style, it should suit your own individuality and also reflect the overall feel of your big day. Do you want to dance the night away in a 1950s tulle prom dress or would you prefer to ooze elegance in a 1930s satin gown?
At Dirty Fabulous we stock dresses ranging from the 30's to the 60's and we are always delighted to guide you through the different dresses from each era until you find the right one for you.
Over the years we come across some wonderful bridal resources which are an absolute must when planning your wedding. The possibilities are endless with these resources and inspiring sites.
Now grab yourself a cup of tea and spend a few hours in these gorgeous blogs and websites:
An absolutely stunning site with regular gorgeous posts from real weddings, do it yourself ideas and everything in between.
An awesome site for the truely individual bride. Kat Williams site shows how couples can have the wedding of their dreams without losing any of their personality. Amazing images!
An Irish site that offers oodles of inspiration, fun ideas and advise to the bride to be.
A new Irish website focused primarily on weddings abroad. I'm sure this is going to be huge as foreign weddings become more and more popular.
An English company who specialise in vintage wedding styling. Even if you can't get to them check out some of their gorgeous styled shoots for inspiration.
A super site dedicated to beautiful gowns, glamour and all things wedding orientated. Oodles of ideas to inspire.
Fantastic Irish company who work closely with couples to create bespoke wedding concepts that are unique to the individuals involved.
Endless options here for wedding inspiration. Absolutely everything is covered here from the dress, cakes, venues, brides and travel. Oooh lovely!
